Ever thought about what life would be like without the intense feelings of panic? I am proud to announce that I have found the quickest way imaginable to relieve those suffering from panic attacks, anxiety, and phobias. The technique is called Visual Coding Displacement Therapy(VCDT). It is a long name, but it has amazing results. I was not a believer until I used this technique on several volunteers. Their results blew me away.
Simply put, our brains are a complex computer. When panic attacks, anxiety, trauma, etc arise, our brains are accessing the information from the same spot every time. So in order the rapidly rid the brain of panic, we draw a circle in the air, and the sufferer will follow with their eyes, and think about when their feelings are the worst. What this does is create a visual map of where the brain accesses the information. Then, we find the place in the circle that feels neutral or no feelings of panic what so ever, and then we connect the dots.
