FEES and INSURANCE

Individual NET (with complimentary acupuncture or NRT): $130.00 (60 minutes)

Acupuncture Only: $80.00 (60 minutes)

Nutrition Response Testing (NRT):   $100.00 for initial assessment plus whole food supplements.

NRT follow-up:  $40.00 plus supplements

NET AND ACUPUNCTURE PATIENTS who are also enrolled the NRT program will receive complementary NRT follow-up visits with their appointment. 



Insurance for NET only:

We are in-network with the following insurance providers:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)
• MEDCOST
• Cigna
• Aetna
• Tricare

Please note: We are currently not accepting new Medicare patients.
Appointment Policy

• To reserve your appointment time, we require a credit card on file.
• A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment.
• A $100 no-show fee will be charged for missed appointments.

We understand that unexpected things can come up, so please try to give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client.



Insurance and Diagnosis
If you choose to use your insurance for counseling services, a mental health diagnosis will be required by your insurance company. This diagnosis will become part of your medical record.
We understand that some clients may have concerns about receiving a diagnosis.
We encourage you to discuss this with your therapist to explore the pros and cons of using insurance. Here are some things to consider:

• Using insurance can help to make therapy more affordable.
• Some employers may consider a mental health diagnosis a risk factor, but this is not always the case.
• We will always discuss any potential diagnosis with you thoroughly before submitting it to your insurance company.

Private pay is also an option, which eliminates the need for a diagnosis.
